WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Our products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship
resulting from normal use for a period of one year from date of delivery.
All other warranties including merchantability or fitness of purpose, whether
expressed or implied, are hereby excluded. Contact Detailed Play
Systems within 30 days of delivery to request a product return for a full
refund. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds beyond 60 days of the
delivery
date.
Refunds
will
exclude
the
cost
of
the
Detailed
Plans
and
expenses
incurred for shipping and handling. |

Our Detailed Plans, Kits, and Playground
Accessories
are intended for use in a backyard playground setting. Purchase of our
Detailed Plans grants the customer a single license for personal, non business
use. You must contact Detailed Play Systems if you are interested
in re-sale or use of our products for any business purpose. |

SAFETY AND LIABILITY |

Our Detailed Plans and Jungle
Fort playground designs meet or exceed the residential playground safety
standards set
by the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) and
Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). This
is just one of our ongoing commitments to safety. Detailed
has also consulted with PlaySafe, a team of independent playground safety
experts, for a safety review of our Detailed
Plans to help assure that your backyard playground will be as safe
as possible.
Accidents and resulting injuries can occur at any time, even while building
or using safe playground equipment. Detailed Play Systems shall not be
liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages incurred
from the build or use of the products herein. In no event will Detailed
Play Systems be liable for damages beyond the invoiced price.
