ONLINE ORDERING SECURITY |

Detailed
Play Systems receives the contents of the order form that you submit
from our website instantly and securely using Plug'nPay advanced
SSL technology - this is the secure socket layer state-of-the-art
for securing electronic commerce transactions. Your credit
card number is not transmitted to Detailed Play Systems with your
order and is only available to us via secure encrpyted transfer if
we request it afterwards for future processing needs. |

Detailed Play
Systems ships to all 48 States within the continental U.S. (see below for
other locations and for shipping address requirements).
Order-to-delivery time can range from 3 up to 14 days and will depend on
order contents and the delivery location. Additional time is necessary to prepare some playground equipment
shipments since we provide customers with the flexibility to fully customize
the playground slide, swing, and accessory selections. Orders that do not
contain oversized or heavy freight items will be shipped UPS or Fedex Ground.
Orders containing items such as slides, tube tunnel, landscape timbers,
playground surfacing will require Motor Freight truck delivery (see Motor
Freight Delivery guidelines below).
Motor Freight Delivery (orders containing Slides,
Freight Items):
By placing
an order for any product requiring motor freight delivery, customer
authorizes Detailed Play Systems to hire a freight trucking company
on customer's behalf. All sales requiring motor freight
delivery are Freight On Board (FOB) meaning that title ownership
of the goods transfers to customer when goods are loaded onto
truck at seller's facilities. Seller is not liable in the
unlikely event that loss or damage occurs thereafter. Customer
is responsibile for incoming inspection of the goods at the time
of delivery and for noting any shortages or damage to the goods
on the freight slip that customer must sign to receive the delivery. Detailed
Play Systems will assist customer with filing freight claim and
receiving replacement product in the unlikely event of a damaged
or missing goods problem. Once the freight slip is signed 'received
in good order' by the customer, there is no possibility of filing
a successful freight damage claim. Motor freight company will
call customer ahead of time to schedule an appointment to deliver
the goods. Customer or customer's representative must be
present at time of delivery. Customer may be responsible for
an additional re-delivery fee if the truck arrives with the goods
but the customer is not present for the delivery. Customer is
responsible to assure that a 48ft-long freight truck is able
to get to the provided shipping address, or otherwise make arrangements
to pick up the goods from the local freight terminal or transfer
the goods at a mutually agreed upon location that the freight
truck can get to - most freight companies do not have smaller
trucks. It is the customers responsibility to facilitate the
delivery and to assure that delivery of the goods to their shipping
address by a freight truck is possible. Motor freight company
terms for delivery is curbside unload by customer, meaning that
customer is responsible for unloading the goods at curbside in
front of the house - the driver's responsibility ends with opening
the back of the truck. Most drivers will help with unload,
however they are not required to do so. Additional services such
as lift gate unload, inside delivery, or smaller truck usage
- although rarely required - may be available from the freight
company for an additional charge. These services are not included
in the shipping total paid with customer's order, and must be
requested/approved by customer at delivery scheduling time and
paid directly to the freight carrier. Slide deliveries can usually
be easily unloaded and brought into the yard or garage by one
person, but in the case of the mulch due to total weight of the
goods, it is recommended that you plan to have someone assist
you with receiving the delivery.

We are not able to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
UPS and Fedex are not able to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses,
we are able to ship using UPS or Fedex.
Locations outside of the Continental U.S. 48 States:
We are not able to ship any items to international
addresses overseas or outside of North America. Slides, landscape timbers,
and any other items that require a freight truck cannot be shipped
to any location outside of the continental U.S. 48 States. This
is due to the shipping costs and transport logistics involved. For
heavy and/or irregular sized playground equipment components, air transport
rates and/or international freight rates are relatively excessive,
and for smaller orders typically higher than product subtotal. It is
possible to place an order with us for delivery to a freight forwarder
that is based in the U.S. See Other below for further information regarding
this option.
AK, HI, PR, Canada, Mexico (import fees,
govt duty, taxes required to receive shipment are customer's responsibility)
At our discretion, additional shipping costs may apply to orders shipping
to AK, HI, PR, Canada, Mexico. Our customers are always notified of any
change to shipping amount required, for approval before we proceed with
order processing.
Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, Africa, Other: We
do not have local agents and we are not able to ship overseas due to excessive
costs and logistics for air or cargo transport to these locations. Customers
located outside of the U.S. may hire their own independent forwarding agent
that is based in the U.S. In this case, we will guarantee delivery to the
agent's U.S. address. Several forwarding services may be available that
our international customers may check with for service availability and
quote. Detailed Play Systems makes no representations or guarantees regarding
the suitability of any forwarding service. |

SALES TAX |
The state of New Jersey
requires that we collect sales
tax on orders with shipping addresses within the state of New
Jersey. This amount will be automatically calculated and added to your
order for review before completing final checkout.
